The property was very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The only downside was the central heating, we had to contact the owners as the heating operating system was locked and a PIN number had to be entered and even though the owners said they had unlocked it, it never came on and still said locked on the dial.

We had some nice weather and did sit outside, however, the roundabout next to the house is much busier than I expected (based on another reviewer), this didnât spoil our stay though. Access to the beach and town centre was good, plus short drive to other parts of the peninsula.

It really was home from home, and we thoroughly enjoy our stay. Being in our twilight years however, we thought for safety reasons, it would benefit from having a grab rail over the bath, and non slip mats in the shower, otherwise it was perfect.
