This refurbished property is close to many amenities which include shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants and a leisure centre.

There is a sail training centre just half a mile away at Goodwick beach and numerous other attractions, beaches and bays within a few minutes' drive.

The coastal and service bus runs past the end of the road and of course you can take a day trip to Ireland on the ferry sailing.

Entrance is into the airy hallway with an airing cupboard (with hoover, iron and board) and through to the light and spacious sitting room which has a huge picture window and a side window affording dramatic views of the harbour, bay and Dinas Head - you could sit here all day long and not get bored with the views.

The sitting room has a parquet floor with rug and is furnished with a comfortable 3 piece suite, 2 leather recliner swivel chairs with footstools in the picture window, stone fireplace with open fire, coffee table, TV with DVD player, CD/MP3 player and a good selection of books and games.

The kitchen has an excellent range of newly fitted oak units,  There is a double gas oven with hob and extractor, side by side fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A utility cupboard by the back door has space for coats and boots.

The dining room has garden views and is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs and a dresser containing additional crockery and some games and puzzles.

There are 3 double bedrooms.

bedrooms 1 and 2 have superb sea views and bedroom 3 has a garden view.

All 3 are furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe and mirror. The master bedroom also enjoys a comfortable chair by the window.

The bathroom has a suite of bath with electric overhead shower, WC and hand basin.

The modern shower room has a suite of walk in shower, WC and hand basin.

Bed linen is provided for all the beds which have duvets.

Garden and Parking

There is a large garden to the fore of the bungalow with a low wall, attractive shrub borders and a lawn.

A few steps lead to the front door from the lawn or a level path leads from the side gate.

A covered veranda with bench provides a perfect spot to enjoy the views of the sea.

The back garden is enclosed and sheltered, a paved patio is accessed from the back door off the utility and you have a garden table with 6 chairs for al-fresco breakfasts. Steps lead to the lawn.

There is off road parking in front of the garage for one car and more space on the roadside.

Other Information

There is full gas central heating throughout the property, this is included in the rental for May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 per week at all other times. Please pay at the time of booking.

A complimentary basket of logs or coal will be provided for your arrival.

No baby equipment- you may bring your own.

Towels available to hire - £5 per guest.

One small dog welcome (no cats).
