    property, having three bedrooms and three bathrooms, makes it an
    ideal family base.

    lounge has a feature Victorian open fire for those cooler evenings.
  • There
    is extensive decking and outside seating on which to relax and soak
    up the sunshine in the village known as Pembrokeshire's sunniest
    spot. Surf boards are provided in the cottage to get your holiday
    underway.

  • Up
    to 2 well behaved small dogs are allowed but please ensure that they
    remain downstairs and their sandy paws are washed off.
  • Accommodation

    Sleeping up to 6 in 3 bedrooms. 2 Double Bedrooms both with En-Suite bathrooms, 1 with bath with shower over, toilet and basin, and one with shower, toilet and basin. Please note restricted headroom in the upstairs rooms. 1 Twin with bath/shower room is located on the ground floor


    Entrance hallway Large with plenty of space for coats.


    Lounge with 2 seater sofa, and two armchairs, Victorian fireplace, TV and Blu Ray player.


    Dining room with 3 seater sofa, dining room table and chairs.


    Kitchen with electric double oven, halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine.


    Grounds medium sized lawn at the front with fruit trees and extensive decking and outdoor furniture to the side. Please note that the garden is elevated above the road so care with small children. Stone building  also located to the rear of the property which houses the washing machine, barbecue ad outside furniture. 

    There are steps up to the property from the road with access for bikes and surfboards.
