Llys Aber in Solva is highly praised for its spaciousness, excellent location, and well-equipped amenities, making it ideal for family and group getaways. Guests consistently highlight the property's cleanliness, comfort, and proximity to local attractions and dining. The owners are noted for their helpfulness and efficient communication. While a few minor issues such as small towels, coat hangers, and occasional oil smells were mentioned, these did not detract from overwhelmingly positive experiences. Many guests express a desire to return, reflecting the property's strong appeal.
Multiple reviews describe the property as spotlessly clean and tidy, with no significant complaints about cleanliness. Only one review mentioned a temporary oil smell in the kitchen, but this was explained and did not affect overall impressions.
The location is universally praised as perfect, with easy access to Solva harbour, local eateries, and the coastal path. Guests repeatedly mention the convenience and beauty of the setting.
Guests find the house warm, spacious, and comfortable, with particular appreciation for the beds and communal areas. Minor suggestions for improvement include larger towels and more comfortable bedroom seating, but overall comfort is rated very highly.
The cottage is described as very well equipped, with everything needed for a group stay. Some small issues were noted, such as lack of dishwasher tablets, poor coat hangers, and hot water supply to upper floors, but these were considered minor and easily rectifiable.
Guests appreciated the owners' warm welcome, helpfulness, and provision of contact details. Some reviews mention generous provisions, but it should be noted that gifts or welcome hampers are not guaranteed for all stays.

We absolutely adore this place which makes us return time and time again! The property is super clean, very spacious and well equipped…with lovely comfortable beds and bedding…always have a good night’s sleep here.Regardless of the weather conditions there’s plenty to do whether mooching around the local shops or visiting St Davids…or striking out North/South along the Coastal Path (highly recommended!).Being due to retire in three years, I intend making the owners an offer they can’t refuse for the Deeds (£3 million or thereabouts might do it?) 😆 but then the location is absolutely priceless!!Joking aside…please stay away and don’t tell anyone else about this wonderful secret venue!

Lovely house there were 10 of us which worked perfect, With having 4 children with us we did take a blow up bed which was useful. If there is a problem the owner is only a phone callaway and is very helpful. We will be going back as there is so much to do in the area and location of the house is perfect. So many places to eat.

The house was extremely well appointed and in an exceptional location within Solva. Everything we needed was there. Spotlessly clean too. This one’s definitely on our re-visit list. Thank you.
