Manor Lodge Stables is nestled within the historic hamlet of Wiston and near to the market town of Narberth, deep within the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside. Once a large stable block set around a south-facing courtyard, it has now been totally transformed into this fantastic space and is ideal for families and friends alike with a high level of comfort and luxury. Enjoy a number of beautiful countryside walks from your doorstep and take in the remains of Wiston Castle with sublime views across the county. In the nearby village of Llawhaden you can take a step back in time to impressive Llawhaden Castle again offering amazing views and trip back in time. Take a 5-minute drive to the small village of Clarbeston Road, offering a traditional Welsh pub serving meals and local ales or Narberth around a 15 minutes’ drive and offers a plethora of eateries specialising in locally sourced produce, boutique and antique shops all waiting to be discovered. The hub of the house is a large open plan living space with glass bi-folding doors giving stunning views bringing the outside in. These lead onto a spacious patio area which is perfect for catching the sunshine with a glass of wine after a busy day of sightseeing or relaxing in the private hot tub whilst taking in the fabulous views. The kitchen offers the perfect space to cook up a storm to celebrate that special occasion with a modern contemporary feel throughout, there’s even the added luxury of an ice and water dispenser in the fridge to help you cool down on those warmer days. On an evening you can relax in front of the focal wood burner or catch the game on HBO Max Sports (included) or perhaps soak in the free-standing slipper bath before retiring to your bedroom. A large box of wood and an additional box stored in the shed for the woodburner is included. Each room has been finished to a high standard and really does offer excellent levels of comfort and space throughout with the master bedroom’s ensuite wetroom having the added luxury of a rainforest shower as well as waist height controls for the less able guests. For those who may be less mobile, a purpose-built aluminium ramp to aid with access into the property is available on request. For pets, there is an external, warm water shower hose. A great day out for your family is the famous walled town of Tenby, compete with its fantastic beach, cobbled streets and picture postcard harbour. Just a 30-minute drive away, here you can also take a boat trip fishing or to Caldey Island to see the Cistercian monks of Caldey Abbey. A visit to Wild Lakes Wakeboard Park (15 mins from Lodge) is highly recommended; the giant inflatable obstacle course in the middle of the lake is fantastic fun for all the family. The beaches at Newgale and Broadhaven are within a 30-minute drive and offer surfing and canoe hire, whilst marros Stables offer beach horse riding. Clerkenhill Adventure Park is a 10-minute drive, Carew Castle is a 20-minute drive and Pembroke Castle is a 30-minute drive. Hangar 5 offers a large indoor trampoline park and a soft play area, perfect for those rainy days, and is only 15 minutes away, and 20 minutes away you can explore Folly Farm Zoo. There are a variety of outward-bound activity companies which offer exhilarating boat trips and activities such as coasteering. For those keen fisherman Holgan Farm fishery is a 10 minutes’ drive. The city of St David’s is a 40-minute drive with its majestic cathedral. Beach 12 miles. Shop 6½ miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

Had a fantastic week in this cottage which has the true luxury feel . Beds super comfortable , plenty of space to relax and one of the best equipped cottages we have stayed in . Large enclosed garden perfect for dog owners . Huge hot tub with views over fields . Cottage is in a central location perfect to visit all of Pembrokeshire. Peaceful location but within a short drive of all you need .Look forward to returning .

We've been to quite a few cottages the last few years but this has by far been the best. The cottage itself is immaculate and plenty of space for the whole family. The hot tub was a firm favourite everyday. The dog was in his element in the spacious safe garden. Wonderful touches such as the welcome hamper were so appreciated. We loved the campfire pit, bbq and outside furniture- even managed to have some sunshine each day. Thankyou for a beautiful place to spend a birthday.

Perfect holiday again. This was our second visit to Manor Lodge Stables, such a beautiful and well equipped property. Very clean and comfortable, the hot tub is fabulous and well looked after. Amazing to have a washing machine and the utility room is so warm you can dry your clothes over night on all the hanging hooks and the airer. Would highly recommend and we are looking forward to visiting again next June 2027.
