We had a lovely week at Mary’s Cottage. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of St Davids, and despite being so central we had no problem parking outside throughout our stay. The kitchen is really well equipped too, which made it a great base for the week. There were a few quirks. The shower seemed to have only one temperature, scalding hot, there were strangely no bedside lights, and the furniture felt a little hotchpotch rather than particularly comfortable or considered. It is also advertised as having an open fire/wood burner, but there is neither. This was certainly not an issue during the very hot week we stayed, but the listing should probably be updated.Overall though, the location is the real star and it was brilliant being able to step out of the door and be right in the centre of St Davids.
