Rogeston House is a stunning and unusual annexe added to the original house, nestled into the treetops like a treehouse. This fantastic building reminds us of a Nordic lodge nestled alongside a stone building in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside. Not only is this holiday accommodation the perfect cabin-style retreat for a couple and one dog, but it's also only two miles from a bustling town and four miles from one of the most popular beaches on the famous Pembrokeshire coast.
Rogeston Loft is a stunning and unusual converted hayloft, nestled into the treetops like a treehouse in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. This lovely loft reminds us of a Nordic lodge, tucked alongside an old stone farmhouse on a stunning country estate. Set deep in the secluded South Pembrokeshire countryside, but only minutes from the wonderful beaches of St Brides Bay including Broad Haven and Little Haven, this cosy retreat is perfect for a couple and can sleep 3-4 guests. Dogs are welcome too.
The fantastic first-floor accommodation is reached by charming stone steps leading to a spacious balcony with views over miles of countryside to the Preseli Hills. Inside it is full of light, with warm wooden floors and large windows. The modern environmentally-friendly conversion has great insulation to keep you cool in summer and snug in winter.
The interior has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The large living space contains a fully-equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances, as well as a beautiful round dining table with views out towards the trees beyond.
This open-plan area also houses an inviting corner sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures, with a flat-screen TV for movie nights. The whole space is delightful and welcoming and perfect for cosying up on a romantic break away.
The spacious bedroom is open up to the raftered ceiling. There are large skylights for stargazing - the skies here are so clear - and morning sun, but black-out blinds ensure it's up to you how early the light comes in! Picture windows give views over the fields too. There is a huge king-size bed that can be split into twins and plenty of space for clothes to make yourself feel right at home.
The bathroom is ultra-modern. There's a large walk-in shower, WC, wash hand basin and mirror, as well as a heated towel rail, and like everywhere in this loft, plenty of light coming in.
The star of the show, however, is the fantastic balcony, accessible from the main living space. There's a bistro set for morning coffee in the sunshine or evening meals while bats wheel and owls hoot. The balcony offers unrestricted views over the treetops and across the countryside beyond.
And if you need a bit more room, there's a large private garden down the steps and past the barn, with hammock and sofas, BBQ and firepit. It is so quiet and peaceful and perfect to laze away a sunny afternoon or breathe the evening air while your dog has a play.

1 Bedroom, sleeping a maximum of 2 adults in twin or double configuration. Sofa bed in living area to sleep 1-2.
Stone staircase up from the ground level to the first-floor balcony with table and chairs. Balcony doors open into the main living space.
Kitchen area with wall-mounted oven and microwave, electric hobs with extractor fan, stainless steel sink, kettle, toaster, and fridge.
Within the same space, a dining corner contains a round oak table sitting four under a lovely picture window.
Also within the same space is a large navy corner sofa with enough space to seat four people, or to stretch out. The sofa faces a wall-mounted TV and a long wall-mounted radiator for heat.
The bedroom is off the living space and contains a kingsize bed that can be made up as twins, bedside table with lamps, a wardrobe, two small windows and two large skylights, all with roller blinds.
The bathroom leads off from the kitchen area and contains a large walk-in shower, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, and mirror.
Below the balcony is a large garden area with comfortable outdoor seating, fire pit, BBQ and hammock. This area is private and self-contained though please note for the safety of your pet that it is not fully fenced. Private parking is also accessible from this area.
