The one concern I had was the lack of a bolt on the shower room door.

Arrived in torrential rain to a warm house which was just what we needed. Plenty of room and comfortable beds aided a revitalising holiday. The one down side was the settees in the main lounge are past their best and designed for slumping or those over 6ft tall, not for relaxing and reading or enjoying a drink. We had to use the arm rest cushion and pillows for back support. The setting is perfect, no neighbours and few lights to to disturb a star lit night and the flash of the stumble head lighthouse. Even though the evenings were getting cooler we sat out each evening and listened to the sheep and watched the sunset.

We appreciated the care the owners had taken to make sure we had everything we needed, plus our thanks for the wine and Welsh cakes, a welcome treat after a long journey. I especially enjoyed the artwork around the farmhouse, particularly the pictures/photos that showed the home's history. Already missing the stunning scenery and fresh air - quite sorry to be back home!
