Guests say

Trem-Y-Don Cottage is a cosy and well-equipped property in a quiet village, close to the coastal path and a local pub. Guests have enjoyed its convenient location, comfortable beds, and the luxury of underfloor heating in the bathroom. The cottage is suitable for families and dog owners, offering a warm stay with a woodburner and heated floors, despite some concerns over cleanliness and maintenance.

Most guests found the cottage clean and tidy, but there was a mention of it being 'dirty, smelly and damp' with a need for a deep clean. This suggests that while generally satisfactory, there may be occasional lapses in cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the coastal path, local pub, and a quiet village setting. It is also mentioned as a great base for exploring and offers easy walks from the door.

Guests have commented on the comfortable beds and cosy atmosphere, especially with the woodburner and underfloor heating. However, one review mentioned inadequate heating in winter, which slightly affects the comfort score.

The cottage is described as well-equipped with a large porch, cosy lounge, and well-heated rooms. However, there are concerns about the lack of an extractor fan in the kitchen and non-working underfloor heating, indicating some maintenance issues.

There are no mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the host, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

The cottage was well equipped and wonderfully cosy. In a quiet village not far from the coastal path. It was great to have a large porch area for taking off muddy boots. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was an amazing luxury!
