Enjoy open plan living in the stylish, modern light extension that houses the kitchen/diner. The oak bi-fold doors lead out onto the sun-trap secluded and enclosed gravelled garden - perfect for a relaxing al-fresco meal!

The inviting sitting room has a wood-burning stove for cosy nights in and the original cottage kitchen has been converted into a small snug with books, games, DVDs and a comfortable sofa.

Both of the cosy bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom sits on the ground floor.
