Ty Rhosyn is a well-equipped and comfortable cottage praised for its ample space, cosy wood burner, and pleasant garden. Its location is appreciated for proximity to beaches and coastal paths, offering a peaceful retreat. Guests have enjoyed the thoughtful selection of books and games, and the property's suitability for family stays.
The cottage is generally well-received for cleanliness, with only a minor mention of an oven needing cleaning. No other negative comments suggest a high level of cleanliness throughout.
The location is good, central for Pembrokeshire coastlines and near beautiful beaches. However, some guests noted the lack of local amenities and secure areas for dog walking, which slightly impacts the score.
Guests find the beds comfortable and the house warm, though there are comments about a chilly lounge and a cold downstairs bedroom. Overall, the comfort level is high.
Facilities are excellent, with a well-stocked kitchen and good bathrooms. Points are deducted for a non-working tumble dryer and difficulty with shower heat control, indicating some maintenance issues.

Enter into this lovely property, passing the utility with a washing machine and a tumble dryer as you make your way towards the kitchen/diner, a spacious room with loads of home-from-home amenities to assist you with cooking a heart-warming meal, which can be enjoyed at the dining table. As the day wears on, the delightful sitting room, well-appointed and furnished to a high standard, will take the weight from your feet to relax. There is also a lovely patio outside so you and your four-legged family member can make the most of the sunshine. When sleep calls, freshen up in either a spacious ground-floor shower room or a family bathroom, before settling down for the night in one of the three bedrooms. There is a ground-floor king-size with patio doors opening up onto the garden and letting in the sea breeze, perfect for guests with lower mobility, and a second king-size and twin room on the first floor, both with homely décor and storage. At the back door, there are facilities for washing off wetsuits and dogs and a hot shower to warm up after swimming or surfing at the beach. A wonderful community built around a tidal harbour where boats can be launched and walks along the breathtaking coast path are enjoyable all year round.
