Guests say

Oakdene is a well-received cottage in Milford Haven, praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and facilities. Guests appreciate the property's peaceful location with lovely views, proximity to local amenities, and thoughtful touches like games and welcome gifts. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

The majority of guests found the cottage to be spotlessly clean and well-presented, contributing to a welcoming stay. A few isolated comments about dampness and mustiness slightly affect the score, but these do not detract significantly from the overall high standards of cleanliness experienced by most.

The cottage's location is frequently described as peaceful with beautiful views and convenient access to local attractions and amenities. Some guests felt the property was further from the beach than expected, but the tranquil setting and proximity to a pub and wildlife park are well-regarded.

Guests consistently report that the cottage offers a comfortable and homely environment. The spaciousness and quality of the furnishings are highlighted, although a few comments about dampness and a musty smell in certain areas suggest room for improvement.

The property is praised for being well-equipped with a variety of facilities, including a well-stocked kitchen and entertainment options. However, there are mentions of maintenance issues such as leaks and raised decking, which indicate that some attention to detail is required.

While many guests mention thoughtful touches like games and welcome gifts, it is important to note that such extras are subject to change and may not be guaranteed for every stay. The absence of consistent references to these aspects across all reviews means a score cannot be accurately provided.
