Didn't want to bother the contact unless urgent. We arrived after a long journey from Oxford to a COLD house. The cleanliness and VERY welcome fizz and Welsh cakes (also tea, coffee, milk) told us that someone had been in recently, so heating could have been switched on. Thereafter ~ lovely. Especially watching the bird life. A relevant bird book would have been a great asset. Everything we needed. The turkey tin was a really thoughtful addition, and the decorations a delight. Plus, thank you for the OS map. Heron would be wonderful for a spring/summer/autumn holiday - living on the terrace. Star rating only 4 because of cold arrival.

Well equipped and stunning views of the river estuary. Listing states parking for 2 cars but it is then not obvious where this is as it is away from the property. We did park both cars easily but were concerned whether we were in the correct car park. Instructions on where this parking is would be useful. Postcode also does not take you to the property but luckily we had looked on google satellite and knew where we were heading.

Went with my two daughters and took our two dogs. Lovely secure balcony looking over the river, and close access via steps to a small shingle beach.Lovely spacious property and was nice to all have our own bathrooms. Private car park just a short walk away. Easy check in and out, although 10am is earlier than we're used to. Would 100% recommend and will return. Lots to see locally, and some great dog friendly beaches - Broadwater is especially good with easy access. Supermarkets (Lidl and Tesco) are nearby - around 5 minutes by car, so easy to buy supplies once there.
