Approached via a steep curving drive, Rose House is in a truly unique and desirable location overlooking the Haven Waterway near Burton and sitting almost beneath the iconic elegant Cleddau Bridge which joins North & South Pembrokeshire, it offers easy access to the whole of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Stunning views across the shimmering broad expanse of the Cledddau River, an ever-changing scene of totally beguiling comings and goings.

Beautifully and tastefully furnished throughout, the spacious sitting/dining room, lounge and 2 of the luxuriously appointed En-Suite bedrooms have fabulous views.

The drive continues down past the house to the water's edge - ideal for launching small boats.

A walk along the foreshore (at low tide) which teems with bird life, takes you to The Jolly Sailor - a great family pub serving excellent food and drink.

Accommodation

4 En-Suite Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8. Master bedroom with Kingsize bed and En-Suite (double ended bath, walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin). 1 Twin with En-Suite (double ended bath, walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin), both with fabulous views. 1 Double with double bed, 2 steps down to En-Suite (walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin), all on 1st floor. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor with a mobility small double bed, with en-suite shower. 

Cloakroom on the ground floor with toilet, washbasin with safety rail and grab handle.

Utility Room with washer/dryer.

Kitchen luxury fitted and very well equipped kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, coffee machine, range cooker with gas hob and double electric ovens, microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge, barista style coffee machine, central island & 4 stools, flat screen wall hung TV. French doors to patio and parking (2 steps up).

Dining/Sitting Room dining table and chairs seating 10, 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa and a chair. Stairs to 1st floor.

Lounge spacious room with a 3 seater sofa and a chair, Sky TV (full package), wood burning stove. There are 3 additional chairs in the Sun Room.

Grounds slate patio at side and front of house with ramp access to the property. New garden furniture and patio for 2020. Care with children please, drop to sloping lawn.
