Accommodation

2 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of four. 

One king-size bedroom resides on the apartment's ground floor and hosts a kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and a dresser. 

Upstairs, via the solid wooden staircase, you'll find a mezzanine that hosts the master bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedside cabinets, a chair, and two chests of drawers.

The open plan living/kitchen/dining space offers a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, cooker with four hobs, fridge, small freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. This area holds a small breakfast bar and two stools. Adjacent is a cosy dining area, with a table and four chairs that offer views of the marina and its fabulous yachts and boats.

In the living area, you'll find an L-shaped sofa to cater up to four, a delightful wooden coffee table, and tv table which is home to a large smart T.V and Wifi. The room is brought together by the exposed wooden ceiling beams.

The large family bathroom has been elegantly finished with a large freestanding bath with over shower, hand basin, and w.c. The room has been tastefully tiled and is equipped with a heated towel rail, a mirror, and storage space.

Access to 24 Vanguard House is via the rear of the building, up a small staircase, and into the welcoming and newly renovated apartment.
