The cottage has a light and airy open-plan living space with traditional slate flooring and underfloor heating throughout.

Also ideal to return to after a walking adventure on those chilly winter nights. There is also a wood-burning stove with the first basket of logs and firelighters provided.

Your dog-friendly cottage in Wales sleeps 4 adults in one double bedroom and one twin. Each bedroom boasts a stable door that opens out onto your own patio area complete with outdoor furniture.

The garden is an ideal place to escape and relax with the benefit of a wood-fired hot tub to enjoy the panoramic rural views with your preferred tipple!

Part of a tasteful conversion, The Byre adjoins onto a further two cottages; The Mill and The Milking Parlour. Together they can accommodate up to ten guests which ideal for a large party booking.

Guests also have access to a large communal garden, providing additional log seating, a campfire area and a running stream all of which add to the calm and tranquillity of the natural setting. Light a fire and stargaze. Lake in the grounds.

The owners' good-natured rare breed Belted Galloway cows graze in the paddock adding to the rural experience - say hello to these friendly creatures!

Accommodation

1 Double Bedroom and 1 Twin Bedroom both on the Ground Floor - sleeping 4 adults.

1 Bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet and washbasin.

Open Plan Living/Kitchen the barn has a contemporary kitchen benefitting from induction hob, electric fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table and chairs and a living area with a sofa, armchair, wood burner and slate floors, Freeview TV, DVD, DAB radio. Door to patio and garden.

Grounds a stable door opens to an enclosed patio-garden laid with slate, lawn and stone, barbecue, hot tub and rattan garden furniture. Garden gate access to the communal garden with further seating and campfire facilities. You also have access to a lake on site.

Communal Utility Room with washing machine and freezer in the shed to the rear of the cottage.

‘Trickle charging’ facilities available at 18p per KW hour. There are 2 charge points (roughly 30 paces from the parking space) which are shared between 3 cottages.
