Guests say

Guests generally appreciate the lodge's cleanliness, tranquil setting, and homely feel, with special mentions of the hot tub and thoughtful touches like Welsh cakes. While some maintenance issues were noted, the overall experience is seen as peaceful and enjoyable, with the lodge's location being ideal for exploring nearby towns and nature.

Most reviewers find the lodge to be immaculately clean, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable stay. One isolated incident of poor hot tub hygiene was reported, but this does not appear to be a widespread concern.

The lodge is praised for its peaceful and picturesque setting, with its proximity to Narberth and other attractions in Pembrokeshire being a highlight for many guests.

The lodge is described as luxurious, homely, and comfortable by most guests. However, some guests experienced issues with the hot tub temperature and other minor discomforts.

While the lodge's facilities, including the hot tub, are generally appreciated, several guests encountered maintenance issues such as a broken bath plug, problematic cooker, and a hot tub not ready for use on the last day.

Guests mention thoughtful gestures such as welcome treats and a well-equipped lodge. However, as these extras are not guaranteed for every stay, they should be considered a delightful bonus rather than an expectation.

All facilities were up to standard. Quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed our stay. Owner contacted us which gave us the opportunity to seek help if needed. Wasn’t sure about the hot tub which we didn’t need or use. Maybe should have been advised to switch off if not using - save energy. Many thanks
