Absolutely lovely house for large gathering of friends and children - our annual Friendsmas trip! Accommodated us perfectly with such space and games room was perfect for the older kids. Hot tub was great and the scenery was just beautiful! We even got personal introductions to some of the horses - we miss you big Alf! The owner was lovely and always on hand if we needed her. Perfect distance to amroth beach where we enjoyed a lovely wintery walk. Would definitely return!
