Stayed here for my hen do this weekend. The house was amazing it was really clean, came with the essentials in the kitchen. It has loads of space and large bedrooms also plenty of parking. We were lucky with the weather to enjoy the beautiful garden and hot tub. It was very peaceful and we were all very impressed we have spoke about going back. We met the owner who was very friendly, its just a shame we couldn't of all stayed longer. Very close to tenby and other things around. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Blackmoor farm.Firstly, the positives:-The property is very large and great for large groups or large families. Lots of room to get about and lots of parking available. The hot tub seems to be fairly new and worked really well. Lovely views, and great to be amongst the working farm and stables.Lots of fridge, freezer and cupboard space. We would definitely return but feel there are improvements needed. There are a few things which we feel need to be maintained the ensure the property is up to the correct standards.Kitchen equipment. The hob is extremely slow to heat up which meant dinner took around 2 hours to cook a meal the would normally take 30-40mins. The pots, pans and baking trays could do with replacing. The non stick coatings are scratched away on them. there were several cooking knives provided at the property, but everyone was so blunt, it was impossible to cut anything with them.Towels - towels were provided, but they were extremely small and could be much larger. Guests were only provided with 1 small towel and a flannel. Considering there is a hot tub, it would be useful to have spare towels for the hot tub or to be informed to bring your own towels for the hot tub.Mattresses- most of our guests mentioned that the mattresses were uncomfortable. They seem to be a very low quality mattress. Heating was on constantly and we had no way of turning it off. We had to have windows open all night whilst the heat was basting out of radiators which seemed like a waste. -No instructions left at property for heatingGames room - This has been mentioned in previous reviews but nothing has been done. Its great to have a games room, but there are no tips to the end of the queues apart from 1. No chalk provided. The table is on a massive slope. the balls are in extremely bad chipped condition. The table is broken on 1 corner which causes the balls to fall out the corner of the table.

This was a very spacious house, ideal for our multigenerational group. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Hot tub was welcome. Games room could be spruced up a bit perhaps. Location was excellent, near beaches, many attractions, castles etc. Manorbier beach, castle and cliff top walk was a great day out. Did not actually meet the owner but when I text about a minor issue she replied promptly. Beds were comfortable, showers good. Decor was a bit tired but not really an issue for us. Only bugbear was lack of decent bedside lights in all the bedrooms - lamps were present in the small double for instance but a useable plug socket on each side of the bed was not!. We had a great stay overall.
