About this property

The caravan has a south-facing aspect with a raised decking area to the front and side, which includes a patio table and chairs for your relaxation.

Our holiday home comfortably sleeps four people in one double (king size) and one twin (2 singles) bedroom.

The double bedroom is also equipped with its TV and generous storage space in the form of built-in wardrobes and overhead cupboards.

The spacious lounge, with a family seating area (sofa bed ), has a large TV and patio doors onto the decking, also a modern electric fire and radiators throughout the caravan.

There is a separate dining area and a very well-appointed kitchen, which is equipped with a full-size family cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils to make your stay a pleasant one.

There is adequate worktop space for food preparation and plenty of cupboard storage space. When using the cooker, please line the grill/oven with foil.

Other items provided are an iron and ironing board, along with a vacuum cleaner.

The family bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin and a roomy shower; the hot water is provided by a gas-supplied combi-boiler.

The gas and electricity providing the hot water and heating is included in the price.

Pillows and duvets are provided, but since COVID, you must provide your own linen and towels: Bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath and tea towels and toiletries. Pillows and mattresses have protectors on; please do not remove these.

Smoking is permitted outside only – please dispose of cigarettes responsibly. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
