The warm atmosphere of this home embraces you the moment you step inside the hallway with the original Victorian half-glazed door and mosaic tile floor. Spacious, and welcoming the property exudes a chic and stylish interior, and set over 4 levels it offers a fabulous sanctuary to relax.

Beautifully decorated throughout, this sympathetically, lovingly restored home is adorned with tasteful soft furnishings, art, rugs, lamps, solid wood antique furniture, exposed beams, and a cavernous master bedroom with an ensuite that you simply will not want to leave.

Wander into the front sitting room which features a pair of Heals sofa and relax with the charming gas-fired wood burner and watch a film. Escape to the second lounge to read with the wood burner or hideaway in the Snug with its stone walls and inglenook fireplace with a wood burner to listen to music - or gather around the fabulous dining table with light and bright outlook to enjoy supper with family and friends. 

The delightful expansive kitchen/diner flooded with natural light from the large glazed sliding doors, which looks up to a pretty landscaped garden and blue skies on a sunny day, is very well equipped for holiday cooking, with a conveniently placed oak table, and chairs to seat 10 in comfort.

On the three-quarter landing, is a fabulous double room with ensuite facilities and a roll-top bath in the bedroom.

The stylish four bedrooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors, exuding luxury comfort and character. Two bedrooms are triples with bunk beds and a single sleigh bed, ample hanging space and there is also a family bathroom with an extra-large bath! 

On the next floor is the master bedroom which adorns the whole of this floor, with distant sea views, 5 skylights, exposed beams, stripped floorboards, and an ultra-luxurious bed. Enhanced by a spacious ensuite - this is one of the finest rooms in our whole portfolio.

Enjoy leisurely lunches or al fresco summer evening dining on the attractive patio to the rear of the property next to the large lawned area, an ideal spot for the children to play in the sun under the shade of the delightful mature trees which line the garden.

Tan Y Bryn is perfect for family holidays, or groups of friends, conveniently situated in a peaceful road, in the popular market town, within half a mile of The Parrog. Close by are other well-known beaches and coves at Newport Sands, Ceibwr, Aberfforest, Cwm-yr-Eglwys, and Aberbach.

2 x Triple Bedrooms on the Second Floor, each with one single antique pine bespoke sleigh beds, and one bunk bed with ample storage with hanging rail/chest of drawers, lamps, and bedside cabinets.Light bright and very spacious.

Family Bathroom with bath and separate shower - pine floorboards, washbasin, WC, heated towel rail, mirror, shelf, extractor fan.

Master Bedroom on the Third Floor, with Feather and Black luxury super-king bed, exposed A-frame beams,5 Velux skylights with blackout blinds, wardrobe, Heal's chairs, floorboards, and chest of drawers. Ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, washbasin, WC, and mirror.

Ground Floor

First Sitting Room with 2 large Heals sofas, rug, lamps,55' flat screen Tv with smart, DVD player and DVDs, wooden floor, original features, and ultra-stylish stove /fireplace - sprint back from the beach, and put the fire on for immediate heat from the gas burner.

Second Sitting Room with a log burner, 3-seater sofa, and two armchairs a divine sanctuary to read.

Snug with exposed walls, inglenook with wood burner, and two armchairs, secluded space located just off the kitchen to the rear.

Open Plan Kitchen/ Dining Area expansive and very well equipped, with sliding glass doors opening to the rear. Incorporating large feature window with shutters, sink with mixer tap, range of floor cupboards, double oven, large hob, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, and oversized oak table seating 10 in this bright space.
