The owner contacted me the day before with all the information we needed to access the property. The house is on a really quiet estate but it is at the top of a hill which is about a 20 min walk. Local taxi from the harbour if needed. We would definitely recommend this Beautiful house.

The house was very comfortable for the 2 of us with plenty of space. Everything we needed was provided and it was all very well presented. Our only comment, and why we have given the listing only 4 stars), is that we think the listing should advise that the steps up to the front door are deep and there is quite a high step over the front door frame into the house. Being short (5â2â) and there being no handrail this was an initial concern for me and could be an issue for those with any mobility issues particularly when leaving the house (although we think there is access via the rear garden). The installation of a grip or handrail would help. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but we didnât tackle the steep and long walk back up the hill from Saundersfoot centre and beach!

Just a shame it isn't any bigger for us to visit with friends and family. The place was absolutely spotless. The kids loved the novelty of TVs in the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed including an air fryer which meant everyone could get involved in the cooking! Every appliance we needed was there. The beds were super comfy. The house is close enough from Saundersfoot center as well as local towns to visit. The recycling appears intimidating but after a couple of days I loved it and wished we could recycle in the same way back home. Jo is a great host and we thought it was considerate of her to turn the heating on for our arrival and going above and beyond for us. We love going to new places and have never been to the same place twice but we all agreed to book again for next year- a family first!
