The pretty cottage is covered in ivy and the garden is kept very nicely. There is also a separate enclosed area, which is ideal for dogs to roam free. Plenty of parking is available to the front of the property. This property is situated in the same courtyard as the Owners home. Need to know: 1 bedroom 1 king size bed and 1 single bed. 1 shower room, WC and sink downstairs. Electric cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer. Wood burner first basket of wood provided. TV, Freesat, DVD player. Private garden area with garden furniture and BBQ accessed from front door . Enclosed lawned garden area suitable for dogs to run freely. Please keep dogs on a leash in the courtyard and when leaving the property. EV charging point available following discussion with Owner charge payable directly to Owner. Ample parking available. Dogs must be kept on leads when in the outdoors spaces of the property grounds. 2 miles to nearest pub and shop. Please note there are steep cottage steps leading up to the bedroom. This property is situated in the same courtyard as the Owners home. Departure time is 11:00am.
