The water is from a spring, well or borehole, and not a mains supply.
Upon booking it would be very helpful to let the owner know how many beds you need making up, there are 2 doubles and 4 singles.

Lovely cottage in a peaceful location with great views of the surrounding countryside from the upstairs living area, which also has a well equipped kitchen. A large bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms are downstairs. The central heating is controlled by the owners, who are sensitive to weather changes and guest needs. Local amenities are primarily to be found in the nearby town of Brecon, roughly a 10-15 minute drive from the cottage. As noted by the cottage owners in their arrival instructions, the Sat Nav coordinates provided on the cottages.com website are incorrect; they direct you to a house which is short of Cefncoedbach Farm. If you have Goggle Maps, search for and use Cefncoedbach Farm Holiday Cottages, LD3 9PT.
