This spacious, detached bungalow, accessed by a farm track, is a great size for those larger families, with a large kitchen/dining room, living room and conservatory. Nestled in the countryside just outside Howey, this property, set on a working farm, and is great for those wanting to explore the local area. The garden overlooks the fields of sheep, fabulous in the spring time as all the lambs will be jumping around the fields. The garden is enclosed, perfect for those wanting to bring their four legged friends (please note dogs must be on a lead at all times when walking across the land due to the livestock). There are footpaths running through the farm for guests to explore.
The property is just 3 miles from Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells, home to the Royal Welsh Showground which hosts many events throughout the year. Visit the lakes in Llandrindod Wells, walk around the park and enjoy the scenery. For those with children, Quackers Play Centre is only a couple of miles from the property, whilst the the National Cycle Museum in Llandrindod Wells is well worth a visit. For those wanting to go further afield, then the Elan Valley is approximately 10 miles away, where there are plenty of walks/cycle trails to explore, along with fabulous dams. There are golf courses in Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells and horse riding is available within 10 miles from the villa. After all that exploring, come back to the property and relax in the hot tub with a glass of something special. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 2 miles.

Just returned from a fantastic 5 days over Christmas 23rd-27th.The villa is absolutely massive, pictures don’t do it justice there is so much space, it’s clean and the views are unbelievable. It has a real home feeling when you arrive. There are all the equipment you could need, beds are very comfy and it’s so quiet and dark in an evening. The hot tub is lovely albeit a bit chilly in December but we were mad enough to brave the weather. Only 5 min drive from town centre with an Aldi and Tesco plus lake Llandrindod was great for a dog walk. Our two spaniels loved the big garden and it was secure for them to bound around in and nice walks around the farm land too. We will definitely be back!

We have just returned from a week's stay at Bryn Villa and we're welcomed by the owner Corrine on arrival with complimentary treats which were very appreciated.We were impressed with the cleanliness and how well resourced the cottage was, which is set in an idyllic location making good use of the hot tub whilst taking in the views. There were plenty of toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets for our one week stay which was very helpful.The location was also idealic but be preferred to drive between 30 minutes to an hour for most villages and places of interest.
