The property begins with the large sitting room, where you can enjoy sitting on the leather sofas in front of the woodburning stove, with a TV and DVD player for your entertainment, and simple but quaint decor. Featuring wood beams set in plaster walls, the additional sitting room is grand and showcases a huge inglenook fireplace containing an open-fire. Coming through to the kitchen, it is like any classic farmhouse kitchen, with a dining area, wood units and sleek worktops, hosting a good range of appliances, with more to find in the utility room just one step down, where a washing machine and a fridge and freezer is tucked away. Travelling up the wooden straircase to the first floor, you are presented with several farmhouse wooden doors leading to the bedrooms which consist of one king, one double, a twin and two singles, featuring sloping ceilings, exposed beams, and thoughtfully furnished with antique furniture, along with light and airy bedding to create wonderful space to relax after long days of exploring. Serving these rooms are the two first-floor bathrooms, one is a family bathroom holding a bath with shower over, basin and WC with Jack and Jill access to the twin room and the other is a shower room with Jack and Jill access to one of the double rooms. Outside you can enjoy your own enclosed patio garden area, when a balmy summer evening is the perfect setting for winding down for the night with a glass of something refreshing in hand. The little village of Llanbadarn-y-Garreg lies upon the River Edw presenting many walks right from your doorstep, however you are well placed to easily access the incredible Brecon Beacons National Park, which is some 20-miles away, where you can find a plethora of well-mapped routes and trails. A short journey into Builth Wells offers you a chance to browse the individual shops and collectors' fairs, perhaps finding an antique gem along the way. Hay-on-Wye is half an hour drive away, where you can enjoy its plethora of bookstores and it's excellent summer festival, while the Hay Bluff, Brecon Beacons National Park, Cambrian mountains and Elan Valley are all further afield but worth visiting. The bustling market town of Hay-on-Wye provides an exceptional amount of tourist attractions, including the wonderful 17th century Hay Castle, originally part of the Norman invasion of Wales, it boasts a wealth of history inside. This market town also has a range of traditional eateries for some find food options and real ale, with a selection of independent shops and supermarkets for those shopping sprees. Llwyn is a stunning property full of charm and character where you can enjoy spending time with your loved ones in lovely Wales.

The town of Builth Wells is situated in Mid Wales and is historically a market town lying near the joining of the River Wye and River Irfon. It has a large number of Grade II listed buildings and now nestled within these are a number of pubs, shops and independent businesses to browse. Builth Wells is set within rich countryside perfect for walking or mountain biking, with beautiful vistas to behold of the rolling Welsh hills.
