Wander into the centre of Llangynidr (500 metres) to soak up traditional village life, popping into the welcoming pub or enjoying walks along the River Usk. Fishing can be enjoyed on this bustling river (1 mile), with salmon and brown trout ready to be taken home as catch of the day. Set off from your doorstep to enjoy glorious hikes and mountain bike trails, exploring the Black Mountain range (9 miles) or the Brecon s tallest mountain of Pen y Fan (14 miles). Music lovers will appreciate the annual Green Man Festival, well accessible at just 3 miles away.
