With Elan Valley right on the doorstep, enjoy idyllic landscapes and an abundance of wildlife, making for lovely walks for all the family as well as keen walkers with the popular Elan Valley Trail, following the route of the old railway, close by. 850 acres of wilderness water with an abundance of brown trout and other stock creates the perfect opportunity for a day of angling. For variety, the town of Rhayader is in range and is said to be the oldest settlement in Mid-Wales.
As you enter this charming property, you will enter the entrance hall way, leading off the hallway you will enter the spacious lounge/diner with warming wood burner and large double aspect windows enjoying the views to both the front and rear of the property. Leading off the lounge you will enter the fully equipped kitchen with added seating area to enjoy your morning coffee, just off the kitchen you will find a handy WC and a useful utility room. Heading upstairs you will reach the large landing area, the first of the bedrooms is the sweet twin bedroom, located next to the twin bedroom is the large family bathroom with shower over bath. As you continue your stroll past the bathroom you will reach the final two bedrooms, the master bedroom to your left with en-suite shower room and TV and straight ahead the double bedroom, all of which have been tastefully decorated.
Heading outside, you will enjoy the large landscaped garden with a variety of different seating areas, where you can enjoy the sound of the birds and the flowing stream. This is the perfect space to unwind and relax after a busy day exploring the local area.
