We had the most delightful week at Pen Y Groes cottage. Nicky was such a kind, generous and welcoming host. The property has a peaceful location and the interiors are exceptional with no comfort spared. The fire pit and marshmallows were such a treat and we even saw the Milky Way. There was plenty to see and do locally. The local village of Berriew was charming. We all said we would stay again! Thank you Nicky..

The cottage was lovely. Everything you could possibly need including a jelly mould. The beds were comfy, the linen and towels were spotless as was the whole cottage. The parking was easy with plenty of room. Our host was very welcoming and available if we had any issues. We would all stay again.

Pen Y Groes was a beautiful cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was absolutely immaculate, and Nicky, the owner, made every effort to ensure we had everything we needed. She even left a basket of delicious locally produced goodies for us on the kitchen table. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bath was enormous. Perfect for a good soak after a long day!
