Llangadfan 4 miles. Delightful detached cottage with a hot tub located in a lovely rural location near the village of Llangadfan in unspoilt Welsh countryside with the River Vyrnwy running nearby. Attractively presented throughout, with beams and high ceilings adding to its charm, the cottage is perfect for a couple wanting to enjoy a relaxing break together in a beautiful rural location. The cottage is all on one floor and boasts fabulous views across the valley to the hills beyond. The small, traditional village of Llangadfan in Powys is an excellent central location for exploring all of Mid Wales and beyond into Snowdonia and Shropshire. Llangadfan boasts Glyndwrs Way footpaths and the Foel Ramble, a 4 mile walk overlooking the hills of Montgomeryshire and also it is close to the Cambrian and Berwyn mountain ranges where there is wonderful scenery in all directions. The village also has a pub/restaurant and a shop/tea room, and the Cann Office Hotel, just one mile away has a bar, restaurant and gardens and was formerly Cae ’n Fos, a medieval fortified camp on a bend on the River Banwy.

It is a lovely place perfectly placed to visit the area of Welshpool and surrounding places. A very clean and comfortable place with the added bonus of a hot tub. Arwel (the owner) was very welcoming friendly and helpful too.
