Multiple reviews highlight the property as clean and tidy, with only rare mentions of minor issues such as the presence of spiders due to the rural location. Overall, guests found the accommodation well maintained in terms of cleanliness.

Thanks to Anne and Peter for a nice place to stay and a warm welcome. The EV charger was particularly welcome as public ones are limited in this area. Otherwide the cottage was comfortable and well equipped. It was also lovely and quiet. We were attending an outdoor event nearby so were pleased to find a cottage so close, only 5 minutes away.Others have mentioned the lane : yes it's potholed but just needs a little care to avoid them - there is very little traffic. I'd recommend coming from the Llanfair side as it's only about 1/2 mile then.

The cottage was great, just what we needed for our stay. The hosts and very welcoming and helpful. The only downside is access! There are two ways into the cottage and our advice is to use the access from Llanfair Caerinion. It's shorter with more passing places. The road is very narrow and needs driving with extreme care. It's potholed and some are very deep. Do not speed! Having said that, during our 7 day stay we only met one car coming in the opposite direction. Fortunately, we were approaching a passing place!

Myself , my wife and my dog took a lovely 4 day break to the annex . The owners were so welcoming, friendly and approachable. Telling us where the best places to visit were, what was around the local area and how to get there . The annex itself is well kept , clean , comfortable and also disabled friendly - which was a big must have for us . Again the owners went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is out of the way - down a beautiful country road ; perfect for peace and quiet after a day travelling and exploring. The shower is amazing , the bed extremely comfortable. No noise at all, we even loved the little touches - such as a table and chairs to have dinner at , dog bowls for our boy , the only suggest we would of had would be a new sofa and chairs as they were a little uncomfortable; but as we were leaving the owner let us know they had ordered a new suite hahaha which we will see when we DEFINITELY visit again. The annex and the amazing couple that own it made my wife’s first trip to wales special and a much needed rest and quiet for us both.Highly recommend we will be visiting again
