This lovely holiday home is ideal for a family and is conveniently within a stroll of all the amenities you could want, whilst an endless choice of outdoor adventures await you in this beloved national park. Be welcomed into the sitting room after a busy day and fire up the woodburning stove in here before cosying up on the sofa to watch TV. The kitchen comes well-equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can keep on top of muddy walking gear as well as rustle up delicious dishes. Another woodburning stove can be found in the delightful formal dining room, perfect for a winter evening tucking into a tasty dish and toasting to your well-earned break. A cloakroom completes the ground floor, while upstairs guests can choose from either of two lovely twin bedrooms, or a master double featuring an en-suite shower room, with a bathroom up here too. Relax outdoors in the front lawned garden and watch the passing car and foot traffic through the village with your morning coffee, while the rear courtyard can store all your bikes or canoes. The surrounding area is made up of dense woodland with a multitude of magical waterfalls scattering the landscape thanks to the River Conwy and Afon Llugwy. The village boasts several shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants, making it a great base for all your outdoor adventures.

    Our only gripe is the steep access means you can't get a vehicle with a tow bar mounted bike rack up to the car park without removing the bike rack
