With a delightful garden and off-road parking, the property is a fantastic base for exploring the town, enjoying outdoor activities, or venturing into the rest of North Wales as a family. Step into the living/dining room to find sofas and a Smart TV where you can relax after a day of adventures with your loved ones, and a dining table, perfect for a feast to regain your energy. The chef of the group can whip up picnics in the kitchen to take out on your excursions or use the gas hob and electric oven to concoct a heart-warming meal. When it is time to sleep, choose from three well-appointed bedrooms including a king-size, a double and a single, all of which have plenty of hanging space for your belongings. Completing the interior is a bathroom, giving you the option of a quick shower or a long soak for your muscles. The bustling market town of Bala is located within the beautiful Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, at the head of Llyn Tegid, Bala's famous lake, which is the largest natural lake in Wales and home to the Gwyniad, an Ice Age relic. Bala is well-known for its great watersports, such as fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, and whitewater rafting, and it also serves as the headquarters for the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway. The town itself is rich in history, with a variety of interesting shops, inns, and restaurants, as well as a historical Town Walk. This is a mecca for climbing, walking, mountain biking, and many other outdoor activities, surrounded on one side by the wonderful Berwyn Mountains and on the other by the beautiful Eryri (Snowdonia) Mountain Range. A great base for exploring North and Mid Wales, including the stunning Cambrian Bay Coast with its six-mile-long Harlech Beach, which is overlooked by a majestic mediaeval castle.
