As well as being outstandingly beautiful, the surrounding landscape of the Snowdonia National Park offers a wonderful range of outdoor activities and attractions including superb walking, fabulous golden sandy beaches, impressive castles and nostalgic steam train trips. Harlech, with its magnificent castle and championship golf course, is just 9 miles away. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.

Regular visits speak for themselves! Morlais is a holiday cottage of choice and we visit annually! The facilities are second to none. Rob and Jayne are great hosts. The location is ideal - just a short distance from the end of the promenade - but elevated with great views over Cardigan Bay..

Fantastic cottage a stones throw from the beach. Approximately 1 mile from Barmouth town centre which is a lovely walk along the promenade. Can’t fault the cottage the owners have thought of everything. We stay in 4/5 cottages a year all over the UK and this one was easily the best.
