Guests say

Guests adore the cottage's stunning views, secure garden, and wildlife encounters, with direct river access and a spacious, well-cared-for interior. The location is praised for its proximity to attractions and natural beauty, despite some road noise. Comfort is highlighted with cosy beds and a large sitting room.

The property generally impresses but has been noted to require a deeper clean, with mentions of cobwebs and a need for shower maintenance.

The location is highly regarded for its beautiful scenery, secure garden for pets, and proximity to tourist attractions, though some guests noted road noise.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the house spacious, with a large sitting room and sunroom, contributing to a relaxing stay.

Facilities are appreciated but some outdoor lights were not working, and there were issues with hot water and appliance instructions. The BBQ cleanliness and shower condition were also concerns.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness, so this category cannot be scored.

Stunning house with Stunning views.. just needs some TLC...Fantastic garden for the dogs to play and run around and very secure. The fenced off river at the bottom of the garden is amazing Kingfisher's and Dippers flying by also loved the Owls calling over night in the trees outside the cottage.. Very dark at night with no light pollution.. It was disappointing that NONE of the lights outside of the cottage worked except the front porch, we did feel abit venerable over night in a big vast place..There is road noise from the A470 very close by but nothing that would put me off returning for another stay..

Really great cottage, beautiful scenery, atmospheric location, stunning gardens, well positioned to get to other tourist attractions- only downsides are road noise from the A470 and steep drive down to the property. That said, we loved it and have booked for next year
