Traditional yet comfortable caravan with one double and two twins. Bathroom with shower cubicle. Open plan lounge/diner with kitchen area. No pets.. Very disappointed with our stay. The caravan was extremely cold at night and kept myself and the children awake. We told the owner about this and was given one very small heater. Didn't make much difference. The rooms was very tiny, very difficult to unpack or move around in them.Kitchen - hot water tap was broken kept having to fix it. There was 5 different ins in the kitchen.Plastic , general waste, plastic metal etc they was Infront of the fridge so every time you needed to get into fridge you have to move them all out the way. Very annoying. The owner said put them by the front door but then it was blocking front door which is a fire hazard. We left a day early as it was so cold. Topaz caravan wouldn't good at all. Not worth the moment spent and won't be returning.

Wonderful location and great views. Small friendly site. Comfortable caravans. 5 min walk to Dolgellau. Would stay there again.
