Cae Cwta was a lovely place to stay and I would recommend to anybody looking for dog friendly accommodation in Tal-y-bont.Booking: Booking was easy and communications great prior to arrival.Owners: The owners were most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Despite arriving in the middle of a storm, Vanessa welcomed us in person and showed us around the apartment. Phil was knowledgeable about the local area and where we could walk the dog.Facilities: The accommodation was compact and had everything that we needed for a couple and a dog. The apartment was well heated, modern and clean with great WiFi, huge TV and a well equipped kitchen. Outside: The rear garden was secure for the dog and parking was on site.Location: The location was excellent. Head left out of the door and you are a few minutes walk from a pub which them leads into a river walk which further extends into the woods and hills. Head right out of the door and you can be at the Tal-y-bont beach in 10 minutes. The railway station is only 2 or 3 minutes walk from the house and can be seen from the front door. Trains to Barmouth run every 2 hours.We will book again if planning to visit the area.
