Huge House, very well equiped kitchen. Evenings were spent in the hot tub, playing pool, or playing board games in the kitchen. We had a 5 year old, so the small soft play area in the caravan site opposite was a god send (Free of Charge). Also the pool {Free to use}, in the caravan site could be booked for your family in 1 hour slots. Their was also family entertainment at their other site 10 min walk away. All in all a great time was had by all.

The cottage had everything we needed with loads of space and the recently added pool table and hot tub made it extra special with something to do for everyone. The train station was fab and only 5min walk which took you straight into lovely Barmouth but trains don’t run very often so you need to be organised and we never heard the train in the house. Sunnysands which is part the Lyons group campsite where the the swimming pool is and bingo is a 10 min drive but we loved Bingo so worth it. We went to Ysgethin pub which is a 10 min walk and well worth it to have a beer in the picturesque garden by the stream. Overall I would recommend this cottage and everything we did like Snowdon, zip lining, white water rafting, Portmeirion was only an hours drive away. Hopefully we’ll come back to Wales soon!

One single bedroom was without a wardrobe - I think that should be rectified as there was plenty of room for one and it would avoid the person in that room having to use wardrobe space in another room.
