Just behind lies a pool table for entertainment and a large dining table for mealtimes. Continue into the kitchen, a superbly presented space with all the mod cons to assist with home-cooking, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. To the outside lies a patio area with furniture and barbecue, perfect for a balmy evening, along with a hot tub for when you fancy a soak under the stars. There is also an indoor heated pool located in the owner’s nearby caravan park, so remember to bring your swimming gear! The village of Tal-Y-Bont is steeped in history, with an annual agricultural show and plenty of rural walking routes to fulfil your afternoon. Within a short walk you’ll reach an award-winning beach, where you can spend a summer’s day lazing on the shoreline, or travel further along the coastline to Aberystwyth, which is home to a bustling town centre with lots of lovely independent shops and a colourful Victorian promenade. Tal-Y-Bont is a coastal village, resting to the North of the popular town of Barmouth and is situated within the Snowdonia National Park. Within the village you will find a pristine beach with a backdrop of sand dunes and caravan parks. This compact village benefits from the railway station, a bus stop, a traditional pub called the Ysgethin Inn and an Italian takeaway. Within four miles you will find the resort town of Barmouth offering superb walking and cycling routes, as well as a number of outdoor activities to enjoy. Further afield, is the superb Coed y Brenin Forest Park and the enchanting village of Portmeirion. Tal-Y-Bont promises a wonderful base for touring this coastal location further.
