Lovely place, really well placed and thoughtfully done. We had the place over Christmas and they’d decorated for us. The place is over 4 floors and our party of 10 weren’t ever stepping on each others toes - but people who struggle with stairs might think twice as the stairs down to the kitchen and dining room are fairly steep. Overall a lovely place and can’t recommend enough!

Lovely spacious and warm house with plenty of room for our group of 13 adults. So often there is not enough seats for everyone, but there is at Bryn Marian so we could all sit together round the huge dining table and on comfy sofas round the fire in the lounge. Very well equipped and well organised kitchen including plenty of crockery for catering for a large group. Bedrooms spacious (just watch your head on the top floor!). Plenty to do in the area, and numerous walks from the door, and local shops if you've forgotten anything. Although limited parking at the property we all found somewhere close by. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Snowdonia. The house was incredibly spacious, in beautiful mountainous surroundings and conveniently located directly opposite a Morrisons (co-op also only a few minutes walk away). Ilona was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Its a great location for nearby hikes like Snowdon and Tryfan.
