The property sits on a quiet rural lane above historic Harlech with its magnificent castle, championship golf course, theatre, good shops and restaurants, and sandy beach. Superb walking and cycling in Snowdonia National Park, slate caverns to explore and scenic narrow gauge railway trips are all within easy reach, and the Italianate village of Portmeirion lies just 8 miles away. Porthmadog and the traditional seaside resort of Barmouth are within easy reach. For an alternative day out, take a ride on the miniature steam train that chugs its way alongside Lake Bala.
