A drier ln the snug at rear of garage for wet days would be useful. But over-all a lovely stay and have re-booked for next year.

You can hear the sound of the waves all the time. Plenty of parking. Great for dogs - but keep them on a lead in the garden as there is no fence.

Wonderful morning dog walks on the beach and surrounding area. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the sitting room very cosy with the wood burning stove which we did use on one day which was particularly wet and windy. The kitchen was very small but a good sized fridge/freezer and very well equipped with everything you would need for any meal, plenty of lovely crockery and glassware. Our only problem was the garden, we had dogs with us and although the listing did state that it wasn’t enclosed due to gaps in hedge, it had a 8ft opening to the side of the cottage and the wind had blown the hedge down at the back creating a sheer drop to the rocky beach. So we couldn’t allow the dogs any freedom in the garden but that really was the only downside.
