Be greeted by a large open-plan living space the moment you step through the door with a wonderful sitting area inviting you to relax on the plush, leather sofas. Let the flat electric feature fire keep the room nice and toasty whilst you put your feet up and flick on the TV for an evening of entertainment. Catch up with your loved ones at the large wooden dining table over a home-cooked meal and choose to break open a bottle of champagne to celebrate a wonderful holiday. Walk through to the well-appointed kitchen, fitted to a high-standard which is the perfect spot for preparing some tasty treats for your loved ones. The ground-floor has a double bedroom with matching bedside tables complete with lamps for some late night reading and an abundance of storage space, served by a shower room. Venture up to the first floor where you will find a twin bedroom and a master double with a children's single bed and access to a small balcony area so you can enjoy a cup of tea and a good read as the sun rises. The only improvements I think could be made would be new mattress in upstairs double room and tweak the lock on the front door so that the key turns easier.
