Surrounded by the beautiful green countryside of Northern Istria, 4-bedroom Villa Leksija enjoys an idyllic setting. Located in pretty Kućibreg, within 5 minutes of the Slovenian border, this delightful villa has a large garden, outdoor pool and enchanting views.
With room for up to 11 guests, Villa Leksija is spacious and well equipped. In the outdoor areas, you can make use of a large terrace with sun loungers and seating surrounding the heated pool, and there is a terrace to the side of the house too. Large lawn areas are ideal for children to play on or for the grown-ups to enjoy drinks in the evenings.
There is a lovely outdoor dining area with a barbecue in the garden, positioned to enjoy the most spectacular views of the surroundings. Inside, a fitness and wellness space with gym equipment and a Finnish sauna is a great addition – and complemented by an irresistible hot tub.
The interior styling is sure to impress. Classic with rustic touches, you are sure to feel immediately comfortable here. The living room has an LCD TV, Bluetooth speaker and Playstation 5, but it’s the comfy sofa and inviting fireplace which makes it so irresistibly cosy. Perfect getaway for family and friends. The villa is located in a peaceful location with outstanding view, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness, bbq, gaming room, rent-a-ebikes etc. In the vicinity are very good restaurants and winery. Also the beach is less than half an our away. I hope that we’ll be back soon

It was one of the best experiences for a family and friends vacation. The location is perfect, remote so one is not bothered by masses of tourists and close enough to coastal cities so there aren't any issues with going to the store, etc. there are some fantastic restaurants in the vicinity. The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views of Trieste and Croatian coast, every detail of the outside area is meticulously planned and taken care of. The pool is fantastic, so is the indoor spa and gym area with a large whirlpool bath. The rooms are classy and tastefully furnished, beds are super comfortable. Another plus is the professional kitchen, so we were able to get a chef to cater for us. They offer e-bikes so we were able to go out and about the surrounding areas which is a beautiful Istrian country side. Even the service of the company that takes care of the property was, the lady was on time for arrival and departure and was really helpful.

Villa Leksija is like a fairytale castle with a modern architecture, planned in every detail to make the visitor cosy and happy. Sauna and jacuzzi are perfect for rainy days and the swimming pool with the view of the seaside is perfect for chilling out and reading in the fresh air. We also used the gym for a quick training. We used the grill for preparing food, but also enjoyed the trips to local restaurants. Perfect entertainment for family with children and also offers spacious rooms with lots of peace and quiet for a great night sleep. We liked the strolls along the beach in Umag and visiting the nearby village of Grožnjan. Vacation offered us a perfect mix of sun, rain, laughter, swimming, good food and wonderful sunsets from the terrace. Vila is a real jewel. We will surely come again.
