Villa Lemnos is an ideal property for large groups seeking proximity to the attractions of the Old Town of Rhodes. Situated on a spacious plot, it features an impressive terrace, landscaped gardens, a pool, and an alfresco lounge and dining area with stylish day beds. The villa's interiors are well-presented and include five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and characterful living spaces, with two kitchens catering to both indoor and outdoor cooking. The villa can accommodate up to fourteen guests, including two double sofa beds in the living area.

Entering Villa Lemnos reveals a sophisticated main living area with a corner sofa, dark wood cabinetry, a television, and a feature fireplace, alongside a desk and office space and access to a furnished balcony. A second living space features exposed stone walls, an open fire, and charming furnishings. The villa’s two kitchens are well-equipped, with one located off the living area and the other being larger with extensive units, a central island, and a dining area.

The villa's five bedrooms each have unique styles, featuring distinctive oversized headboards and luxurious beds with high-quality linens. There are four bathrooms, including two ensuites, with one offering a double bath and contemporary his and hers sinks.

The outdoor space includes an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven, an alfresco dining area, a lounge area, a pool, and various loungers. The terrace is surrounded by landscaped gardens with lawns, trees, palms, and architectural plants. A pool table is also available for entertainment.

Villa Lemnos provides a luxurious stay for large groups, conveniently located ten minutes from the Old Town of Rhodes, twelve minutes from Kallithea Springs, and close to Faliraki Beach.

Villa Lemnos sits just outside the Old Town of Rhodes. It is a wonderful spot for those that want to indulge in the cultural charms of the city, enjoy its fantastic dining scene and its wonderful characterful bars and cellars. You can enter through the Gate D’Ambrose or another of the ten gates to a city of pure beauty and charm. You can wander for hours discovering amazing buildings, unnamed streets and fabulous museums. It is also the perfect place for some boutique shopping and wine tasting. This medieval city offers much entertainment and you will get a real sense of its history and culture. The city is very lively with over six thousand people living and working inside the walls. The main roads that connect its warren of alleyways and narrow roads are Orfeos Street and Socratous Street. The most important building is The Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights. It towers over the city walls. The palace was destroyed in 1856 and then restored by the Italians in the early 20th century. Leading up to the palace is the famous Street of the Knights where seven buildings were constructed.

Villa Lemnos is also close to the Kallithea Springs, Kallithea Beach and Koskinou. The super-sized Kallithea Beach sits minutes from the colourful, pretty village of Koskinou. The beach is famous for its hot medicinal springs which were built by the Italians though no longer function. The village is beautiful, lined with palm and pine trees and sprinkled with beautifully renovated buildings and mosaics, all influenced by the Arabic architecture. Koskinou is incredibly picturesque, famous for its unique mosaic of colours and carries an air of sophistication. Its wood and iron house doors are all painted in vivid colours and enjoy carved or etched designs. The little cobbled gardens are so pretty behind the courtyard doors. The village boasts charming narrow streets, beautiful churches and chapels and a wonderful array of traditional taverns and cafes. There are countless paths that lead from the newer, coastal part to the old village with its cobbled streets and whitewashed squares full of vibrant flowers.

Faliraki is buzzy and vibrant with many hotels, bars, restaurants and an enormous sandy beach. The beach starts at the small harbour and spreads for nearly 5km so it’s a great spot to head for if you want a day of watersports and lazing in the sun. There is even an inflatable park for the young ones. Just about every watersport imaginable is offered as well as bungee jumping. The nightlife is incredible with fabulous restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The Faliraki Water Park is fantastic fun and a very popular excursion for families.
