This modern semi-detached house is situated on the outskirts of the charming seaside town of Kilkee, County Clare. Situated a short stroll from the beach, this holiday home is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxing seaside break away. The property has been decorated in a contemporary style with wooden flooring throughout. The ground floor has a sociable open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen and has a dining area where the whole party can relax over dinner as they discuss the day’s adventures. The comfortable settees in the lounge are ideal to curl up in front of the electric stove on cooler evenings and enjoy your favourite TV programmes.
Upstairs there are three well-appointed bedrooms, with the master double room benefiting from an en-suite shower room. There is also a further modern family bathroom. On sunny days why not throw open the French doors in the living area to let a breeze in, or step outside into the gravelled garden with a paved patio area and enjoy dining alfresco. The safe sandy beach is a ten minute stroll away and with its Blue Flag status and gently sloping beach, it is ideal for all the family. For the more adventurous why not try your hand at surfing at the Kilkee Surf School? Also nearby there is popular Waterworld.
A little bit further afield is the town of Milltown Malbay, famous for the Willie Clancy music festival each year, and the surf capital of Lahinch. Whatever you choose to do this welcoming house will be ready for you at the end of the day.

The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and town centre and was very clean and comfortable.There was an issue with one of the shower doors which the owner knew about before we arrived, and it was dealt with quickly . We had two teenagers with us and there isn't any WiFi but they survived. Also,couldn't find a hairdryer but we picked one up in the chemist down the road so all good. Would very happily stay here again - highly recommend!!

Just really needs WiFi especially since thereâs a smart tv, if you are marketing it at familyâs then deffo need WiFi. We arrived around 11pm and all shops where closed on the way and in the village we needed a tea or coffee unfortunately there was no tea, coffee, sugar or milk left, had to make to with a glass of water, not good . Not to sure when it was cleaned last but in the bath was a massive pile of toilet paper and hairs all over the shower cubicle in the en-suite, and taking of toilet paper there was literally a few sheets in each toilet, good job I had wet ones in the case, we still enjoyed our time in kilkee but as the negatives over powered the plusâs we wonât be back to this house.
