About this property
Maso Pines Lodge is a two-bedroom, ground-floor apartment in Carpeneda, a peaceful hamlet near Folgaria, with views towards the Little Dolomites and Vallagarina. Arranged entirely on one level, the apartment offers 95 sqm of space for up to six guests. It forms part of a small collection of three apartments and a detached chalet, combining the independence of a private home with access to shared grounds and wellness facilities.
Inside, warm wood tones and a wood-burning fireplace give the living area a cosy feel, with sofa seating and a Smart TV for evenings relaxing together. A fully equipped kitchen and dining table seating eight make it easy to enjoy meals at home, whether you are preparing breakfast before heading out into the mountains or settling in for supper. Two bedrooms and two shower rooms complete the layout.
The shared grounds extend to approximately 9,000 sqm, with mountain views, outdoor seating and barbecue facilities for use when the weather allows. Guests also have access to a separate wellness area within a natural cave, shared with the neighbouring accommodation. Finnish, bio and infrared sauna options offer a welcoming recovery after a day exploring, with private, one-hour sessions available by reservation for guests aged sixteen and over.
Folgaria is a short drive away for restaurants, shops and everyday essentials, while the ski slopes in winter are also reached by car. Help arranging ski school, hiking guides, equipment hire and slope-side storage is available on request, helping you get each day on the mountain off to a smooth start.
Maso Pines Lodge enjoys a peaceful setting in Carpeneda, a hamlet near Folgaria on Trentino’s Alpe Cimbra, with views towards the Little Dolomites and Vallagarina. Folgaria’s centre is around three minutes away by car, making it easy to combine village outings with quieter evenings back at the property. Local restaurants and a supermarket provide useful options for meals and everyday essentials.
The Folgaria/Fiorentini ski area is reached by car, with Fondo Grande approximately 8 km away, around a ten-minute drive depending on road conditions. Ski school, equipment hire and storage at the foot of the slopes can be arranged on request, helping families organise their mornings without carrying skis and boots back to the accommodation each evening.
During summer, explore woodland on foot or on mountain bike, enjoy sledging on dedicated runs or head to Folgaria’s ice rink for an afternoon of skating. Mountain huts serving traditional Trentino dishes offer a welcoming lunch stop, including options accessible without skis. There is plenty of scope for your group to mix shared mountain adventures with gentler winter outings.
