The Enchanted Chalet is a detached Alpine retreat in Carpeneda, a peaceful hamlet near Folgaria, with views towards the Little Dolomites and Vallagarina. Arranged over three levels, the chalet offers 100 sqm of accommodation for up to two adults and two children. Set just a few steps from three neighbouring apartments, it enjoys a little extra privacy, with its own garden and plenty of space to relax while remaining close to the shared facilities.
Inside, contemporary furnishings, natural wood finishes and large windows create a bright, welcoming atmosphere, with mountain scenery adding a lovely backdrop. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and thoughtful extras, while a solid wooden dining table seating eight makes mealtimes a sociable occasion. A comfortable living area provides space to unwind, while the lower-ground bedroom features a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed for children, making it a practical arrangement for smaller families.
Outside, the chalet's private 400 sqm garden offers sun loungers, a parasol, hammock and barbecue, ideal for relaxed afternoons and outdoor dining during the warmer months. Guests can also enjoy the wider shared grounds, extending to approximately 9,000 sqm, with mountain views and peaceful surroundings. A separate wellness area carved into a natural cave offers Finnish, bio and infrared sauna options, with private, one-hour sessions available by reservation for guests aged sixteen and over.
Folgaria is a short drive away for restaurants, shops and everyday essentials, while the surrounding Alpe Cimbra region offers plenty to discover throughout the seasons. Winter brings skiing, snowshoeing and cosy mountain lunches, while summer invites days of hiking, cycling and exploring nearby lakes. Help arranging ski school, equipment hire and slope-side storage is also available on request.

Folgaria’s centre is around three minutes away by car, making it easy to combine village outings with quieter evenings back at the chalet. Local restaurants and a supermarket provide useful options for meals and everyday essentials.
The Folgaria/Fiorentini ski area is reached by car, with Fondo Grande approximately 8 km away, around a ten-minute drive depending on road conditions. Ski school, equipment hire and storage at the foot of the slopes can be arranged on request, helping families organise their mornings before heading into the mountains. Away from the pistes, enjoy snowshoeing through peaceful woodland, sledging or a visit to Folgaria’s ice rink.
During the warmer months, the surrounding Alpe Cimbra region offers scenic hiking trails, mountain biking and guided e-bike excursions. Nearby Lake Lavarone is a lovely spot for swimming and watersports, while the historic mountain villages, traditional restaurants and local walking routes offer plenty of opportunities to discover the character of Trentino throughout the year.
