Beautiful villa among the vineyards with a spectacular view of the hills. Very well-kept garden, fantastic outdoor sofas, irresistible swimming pool (my son and I swam in November!), Ping-pong, vegetable garden with aromatic herbs, soccer and volleyball field, possibility of taking walks around the large property completely fenced (a paradise for dogs), BBQ and veranda with table and chairs really beautiful ... Very well-kept inside, large rooms and quality furniture, beautiful TV with Sky, large and equipped kitchen, the billiards in the living room a real gem. The town 5 minutes away beautiful and characteristic, with essential services, we found the funniest Halloween party in the streets of the center ever seen. What can I say, the villa and the company of friends of always made the holiday memorable, definitely recommended.

My family and I have just spent the most amazing week at this glorious Villa. From the second we set foot on the premises to the second we left, we were just in awe of the outstanding beauty around the premises. Francesco welcomed us and was on hand for anything we needed during the week, even though nothing was required. He left us a delicious home made cake/pie, which his wife made, which went down very well with our tea and coffee afternoons ;-) He also left us a bottle of wine from the winery which was sublime. We bought several bottles for our return home to the UK which we will savour with very fond and happy memories. The comfort of the villa was outstanding, the bed mattresses were good quality and linen was top quality. There was nothing we couldn't find in the kitchen to cook our meals with. Everything was simply perfect. The pool area was amazing, with the most breath taking views. The local village of Montecatini Val di Cecina had 4 restaurants and bars, a small bank and a local convenience store, which was great for when we didn't want to venture further afield. We had some fantastic meals there and watched the sun go down. The location of this villa is spot on - we ventured to Florence, Volterra, Pisa, Siena and the local areas with ease, even visiting a glorious beach with glorious crystal blue sea. All in all, it was the most perfect family holiday and were all very sad to leave - we will return in the future though. 5*+ in every way. Thank you Francesco and your family for allowing us to stay in your most beautiful house. We will never forget it.
