The Granary is highly praised for its beautiful location, luxurious feel, and thoughtful touches. Guests appreciate the well-equipped facilities, cleanliness, and the warm welcome from the hosts. The property's proximity to attractions and the peaceful farm setting contribute to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While there are minor mentions of maintenance issues, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive.
The majority of guests report the property as very clean and well-presented. There is a single mention of dirty kitchen utensils and a coffee mug, but these appear to be isolated incidents in the context of otherwise glowing reports of cleanliness.
The property is consistently described as being in a great location with beautiful views and convenient access to local attractions. Its setting on a working farm adds to the charm and tranquility appreciated by guests.
Guests find The Granary to be very comfortable, with special mentions of luxurious furnishings and exceptionally comfortable beds. The property is described as warm and cosy, contributing to a relaxing stay.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful baby essentials. However, there are comments about the need for maintenance on kitchen utensils and central heating, which slightly lower the score.
The hosts are frequently commended for their thoughtfulness, including personal touches like a welcome basket and baby necessities. While gifts such as wine and cake are mentioned, it is noted that these delightful extras, though appreciated, may vary and are not guaranteed.

Well maintained, well equipped property. Good comms with owner who was keen to help make our stay enjoyable. Location was handy for Bletchley Park, The Shuttleworth Estate, Wimpole Hall, Wrest Park (really lovely) and Canons Ashby. Recommended!

Not good. I've never had to leave a cottage at 09:00 in the morning and strip the beds! The cottage was lovely and warm when we arrived and had everything we needed. The negatives of the cottage are the kitchen is definitely in need of a refurb and the tap dripped a lot constantly. We couldn't find the bins to dispose of our rubbish but not a major issue.

Acouple of points that were annoying to us were a)the kitchen tap which dripped constantly and moved and was declared ok by the owner. B) a knife sharpener would be useful as all the knives were blunt. C)9 am is too early to leave considering you can't get in til 4pm.....and you are expected to clean through.
