They are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated to a very good standard. This tranquil spot boasts footpath walks on the owners’ 280-acre arable farm, an undercover courtyard and an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Ely, 6 miles, occupying the largest island in the Fens, has a history dating back to Hereward the Wake and later, Oliver Cromwell. Its superb 11th century cathedral is surrounded by monastic buildings, medieval gateways and narrow streets leading down to the marina and river walks. King’s Lynn and Cambridge are easily accessible. Shops, riverside inns and restaurants at Littleport, 3 miles.. All properties: Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and Highchair. Shared laundry room with two washer/dryers. Shared undercover courtyard and furniture. Shared covered barbecue area with gas barbecue. Parking. We stayed in a 3 bed cottage here for 4 weeks and it was unbelievable. The location is stunning with lots of wild life to explore. The cottage is like home from home . Beautifully designed and so clean, cosy comfortable! Sue our host was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her . Making our stay really enjoyable . The swimming pool was an absolute win with us all . A lovely building with sofas to relax on whilst watching the children have fun . Lovely and warm pool , always spotlesly clean. If you are thinking of booking this cottage then you wont be disappointed. Aimi & family
